Three, two, one…blast off! LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Atlanta announced today it will launch a new out-of-this-world exhibit titled Space Mission this March! Atlanta-area families are invited to be among the first to experience this celestial voyage during a grand opening weekend celebration from March 18-19.
Space Mission is an intergalactic building experience where guests explore alien worlds built entirely out of LEGO® bricks. Visitors will be able to build their own spaceship, explore the mission control center and watch a LEGO® rocket blast off into outer space!
“We’re committed to bringing Atlanta families a spectrum of stellar activities in a fun atmosphere,” said Betsy Whitehead, sales and marketing coordinator at LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Atlanta. “Space Mission will let little earthling’s imaginations takeoff and explore a new world in outer space. We look forward to seeing returning families and new faces for a new adventure in 2017!”
Space Mission will be housed in a rotating exhibit space near MINILAND® and the LEGO® Factory Tour for a limited time. The exhibit will join LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Atlanta’s galaxy of other permanent offerings, such as Pirate Adventure Island, Kingdom Quest Laser Ride, Merlin’s Apprentice Ride, MINILAND®, the LEGO® Master Builder Academy, LEGO Friends Olivia’s House and more!
